Hello everyone! From now on, there's going to be a slight change to how getting a position in the Board of Directors will work. Everytime someone in the BoD resigns, there will be elections and people should give speeches and explain what they will do if they become a member of the BoD. But to be a member of the BoD, you should already be a normal worker. Sometimes the position will be unavailable and I will see if there's any good workers that I could potentially promote as a member, but mostly there will be elections. But it won't be so fun if people can have a position for a long time, so every month a particular position in the BoD will be chosen and the user there will be demoted to a normal worker. Then elections will start, and if the old person was selected they will, however, become the new person in the position. Oh, and if you are already a member of the BoD you are not allowed to make speeches for another position. I'll make an announcement soon on which position is going to be selected for the January Elections.

+ Details on how to run for a specific position will be given when the elections are announced each month.
