How would a federalised forum work? FediVerse works by instances supporting protocol to “crosspost” (or announce idk) across instances but there's no “Discovery Mesh” per se. Each subforum a separate instance announcing to a master node?

Each subforum a separate instance announcing to a master node?it doesnt need to be to a mastery node – it works the same way the fediverse does, i.e. each subforum (instance) broadcasts its own new threads to whatever instances have federated with it.
on the user end im imagining the user sort of building their own homepage, picking instances to add to a list of favorite places to post; then it lets you browse whatever threads have been made there recently. (kinda like looking at the local timeline of any instance, in masto terms)

It really isn't because it isn't BitTorrent over Tor using Bitcoin's Cryptographic methods to sign and encrypt data. This sounds a lot like ZeronetHow would a federalised forum work? Edit: That's literally all ZeroNet is. Zites and Services on ZeroNet do use a federated system for storing data, though.

I meant usability wise, not in its implementation lolIt really isn't because it isn't BitTorrent over Tor using Bitcoin's Cryptographic methods to sign and encrypt data. This sounds a lot like ZeronetHow would a federalised forum work? Yeh but FediVerse actually has users unlike ZeroNet lolI meant usability wise, not in its implementation lolIt really isn't because it isn't BitTorrent over Tor using Bitcoin's Cryptographic methods to sign and encrypt data. This sounds a lot like ZeronetHow would a federalised forum work?
