Nice job, but could the green be a little darker, and could the waffle be square and take up more of the space? The background should be only a small portion of the logo. Otherwise, perfect!

I think you might've misinterpreted “Idea”. When someone requests an idea, the customer is asking for ideas for projects, not the customer giving ideas.
