I can open the backpack on the code menu but when I switch to costumes it doesn't open. Can someone explain this?

Really? I can do that no problem. Just click on the Costumes tab and then open the backpack as you would in the Code tab.

I try this, but it just doesn't work. I don't understand it either. It was working fine just yesterday, I had no issues. And it's only with the costumes tab, not the code tab or anything. I don't understand it either.

What is your operating system and browser? I know that there is some running problems with the backpack not showing in the costumes tab…

According to @CatsUnited in the OP's bug report topic, you need to resize your browser's window — strangely, the backpack doesn't seem to appear in the Costumes menu if the window's too small.
