My Scratch Bad Word Detector says that these normal words in Spanish are bad words on the project instructions.

i found out it was the word in Spanish “de” which means of, by, or from. It was a glitch since the day i shared this topic

It is actually not just the word “de” but “de menos” together that the bad word detector doesn't like.

But I don't know why it is rejected.

It is likely a “false positive”, ie. the rules that Scratch uses to detect bad words detects this even though it is ok.

Is it possible that it could be since it sounds like demons?

I don’t know if demons is blocked or not but I figured I should mention that.
