So it looks like most animation memes here are just “animated” by codes, not actually animated frame by frame like the ones on youtube.

even 98% of my “animation” memes are made all by codings. but this time I made an actually animated meme for the first time! this took me like 6 days to make and I don't know why. to me, the animations don't look very good, so I'd say it's not worth it…..
