Deleting Broadcasts
This is using banana439monkey's bug reporting guide, which can be found here.
Bug description: When creating a new broadcast, you can press the “Delete” key to remove the broadcast block. After the broadcast block is removed, you can still write your broadcast, however, the “Ok” button does nothing. You are then forced to press the “X” or “Cancel” buttons.
When it started: I believe it started with the release of Scratch 3.0 because Scratch 2 didn't have the “Delete” Key delete a block.
Where it is: The Script Editor
Reproduction Steps:
1. Drag out a "Broadcast “ block into the editor.
2. Open the drop-down menu in the block.
3. Click ”New Message“.
4. Click away from the text box.
5. Press the Delete key. You should see the block disappear. (The Backspace key works as well too.)
6. Type something in the text box.
7. Press the ”Ok“ Button, nothing will happen.
Expected result: When you press the ”Delete“ key, nothing happens.
Actual result: When you press the ”Delete" key, the block gets deleted, even when in the new message box for the broadcast block.
My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 74.0.3729.131, No Flash version detected
Thank You

I didn't see it when I tested it… Maybe check in the offline editor, see if it happens there…
