I know that The Space Shop and The Frost Shop both sell some digital art. As well, Buzzy Bee Banners also has a banner making training course you could look into. All of these shops are part of the SPA so you can find them if you click on the link to the SPA in this shops partnership section. There are also a ton more shops there you could look at, those ones were just the first that came to mind. You're free to apply again here later!

These 2 are the size you requested. The second 2 are 1000 by 300 because if you're using it to go in your signature then some of the banner might be cut off.
