To answer your question, though, there are many shops on Scratch (Scratch shops), but I haven’t found any officially titled “The Scratch Shop.” So therefore, I’d say no.

I did notice them and debated the name match, but technically, they are “The Scratch Shop 3.0,” and we are “The Scratch Shop,” so I think it’s okay.

IT's the third version of the shop.

We acctually renamed to “Shop of Scratch”

If you read it they were not allowed to use those for payment (witch makes no sense because what about people who can't draw but need better looking sprites (best way without this is an art trade or request) , people that who need stuff but they are small but have good stuff (the only way to really get popular is to get on the front page), just bug fixing if your not part of a subset of scratchers (that subset is the ones who get a lot of plays and people telling them bugs witch requires you to be front paged )or you can ask to get a review / advertising and/or to have them help build hype that was my soap box let me know if it was good or bad and if I brought up valid points )

This is correct. We used to exchange follows, loves and favorites for each order, and I would pay staff using them as well. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.
