No Unfollow Timer

At the request of some other Scratchers on a prior discussion, I’m bringing this up now. What I’m proposing is the removal of the timer on UNfollowing people. It makes perfect sense to have a limit on how many people you can follow, as there’s no limit to how many people you can follow and there are obviously some who would abuse that privilege, either by manually spamming follows or by using a command to automatically follow tons of people at once with the help of Tamper or Grease Monkey. But why is the opposite true? There are only so many people you can unfollow, and even then there aren’t many people that would think of going on an unfollowing spree. Even so, if you want to cut back on the amount of people your following, why should you be confined to 5 unfollows a minute? For someone with 8,000 “followings”, I’d love to see the limit lifted so me and others hoping to thin out their follow list could do so more efficiently. Thank you for your time!

Support - I think people who have a ton of people that they're following unnecessarily should be able to unfollow people at whatever rate they want. After all, with the 8000 people that you're currently following, it would take over 26 hours of continuous unfollowing before you would've unfollowed everyone, which is a bit unreasonable.

Ah yes, support. It doesn't really affect me personally, but it just seems kinda pointless to have a timer on that. It's not giving any spam notifications if someone UNfollows you.

Support. An unfollow timer is unneeded.

It's possible that this is just to reduce the load on the servers (though it could also just be the ST unintentionally adding the same restrictions for following on unfollowing)

I can't imagine there being enough people who want to do a mass unfollow to warrant having this restriction for unfollowing.

Your not GIVING anybody free follows, you are taking them away. What is the worst that could happen if someone were to mass unfollow? Its The person's choice if they wanna be neat

No support. People should put time and thought into who they follow and unfollow. It should take at least as long to unfollow as to follow.

I can go either way on this:
-Yes, I do think there shouldn't be a timer, if taking into account my next point wasn't an issue, on unfollowing people.
-And at the same time, no, as a mass unfollowing of 8000 people will definitely hit the ST's servers. I think.

What about users that follow namesnipe accounts as a joke? Why would they need to be putting thought into who they unfollow?

Support. I've never had this problem since I don't follow people very often, but I can see how it would be annoying, and since you don't get a notification when somebody unfollows you, I don't see how this could cause any trouble if it was implemented.
