Scratch 3.0 is Release and i don't know how to delete message and how to rename message.
Can you tell how to delete and rename message?

What message? Comments? You can't edit comments, and only the project owner can delete comments. Forum posts? You can edit posts, but New Scratchers can only edit posts in first load, and you have to report the post to the Scratch Team if you want to delete posts.

Are you referring to broadcasts, such as this?

If so, you can't rename messages yet in 3.0. It would be nice if the Scratch Team added this in, but I don't think it's a high priority at the moment.

To delete a broadcast, remove all instances of that broadcast. Then the name will disappear from the drop-down menu.

Ah-hah: that worked. Note: (desktop scratch 3) I had to quit Scratch and then re-open it before the old unused message disappeared from the broadcast blocks. There seems to be a limit of ten different broadcast messages, so it is helpful that I can get rid of old ones.
