hey leaders!

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS

so for those who don't know, this is where leaders (and co-leaders, once they're chosen) collaborate (sort stuff out for swc and during swc)

here's your to-do list:

co-leaders
- you have until september 30 to choose your cos
- you can choose your co-leaders from the apps that haven't been selected for leader
- the maximum is two co-leaders. however! only one is strongly preferred. ur choice, tho
- please don't choose someone with a mediocre app just because they're your friend, or because you somehow think it would please the hosts to have that person as a co (believe it or not, that has happened before)
- there's a new rule that at least one of the leaders has to be inexperienced, and one experienced. inexperienced is defined as: has lead or co-lead only once in the last three sessions. if ur inexperienced, u can go ahead and choose anyone
- try to have your cos be in a different time zone as you. itll come in useful. not mandatory anymore, tho, but strongly recommended
- give your cos the link to the leader thread

ps: if u have trouble choosing a co, have a look at my favourites however, ur completely free to choose whoever u want

ur cabin
- choose a colour for ur cabin! and pls try not to have the same colour as everyone else
- choose ur allies – three official. no unofficial. no this isnt a joke
- set up ur cabin (u know the drill. if u dont, there r plenty of experienced leaders this time to help)

otherwise:
- pls give suggestions for the timetable (daily activities in the main cabin)
- its a virtual writing camp, dont take it too seriously


how to deal with drama
- if u realise one of ur campers is writing at a pace that seems impossible, pls tell @-icicie- or myself on our profiles. we're trying to keep drama out of this thread
- dont gossip. this will not only get u in trouble with other leaders, it might even get u banned from scratch.


campers: yall arent supposed to be following this thread. its rude. some people do, and i wont go out of my way to stop them. its pretty disrespectful and unnecessary, especially bc ur ruining surprises for urself, but ultimately its ur (bad) decision. HOWEVER. dont post, and dont boast about having stalked this. thanks.

last thing (i know this has been long sorry) - i have complete control over this leader thread. as jarshy would say - fear me, worship me

but yeah i have the power to stop arguments if i deem it necessary. dont worry, im not a completely irrational being, itll be fine

oh- and please remember that if someone advertises their co-leader app, that's not allowed!! please disregard or even reprimand them for this, they should know that. if they didn't know, just make them aware. please make sure to look at EVERYONE'S app before you make a decision.

describe your dream room
write about which ice cream flavor is the best
take your worst fear and write about it as if you love it

also, can hi-fi have light yellow?

edit- also one of my cos is cara

for dystopian i was thinking like purple and orange + greyscale, but this can and probably will change.
edit: deleted that looks ugly


second edit: found this palette under “spooky colors” on google… i was thinking red and i really like it
