i know you didn't ask me but i am going to answer the question anyway

ok if you go the tool bar when your making a post ,there is going to be a little picture and when you click it, it will ask for a link.
then you need to go to the website: http://imageshack.com then upload you're gif/pic there then copy the link of the pic then put it in the input (the popup that asked the link)
and then the pic/gif will show in the post
