I can do this as well, now that photoshop's up and running again. So it's the SCP Foundation logo with the words “SCP: Containment Breach: Help” underneath it. Do you want the “Secure. Contain. Protect.” part as well?

1. 5 seconds of introduction.
   
2. a 10 second long buildup that slowly gets more suspenseful.
   
3. after the buildup, I need just 30 seconds of suspenseful, dramatic music.
   
4. the song suddenly gets quiet for 5-10 seconds, however it keeps that suspenseful feeling.
   
5. a 3 second buildup where the pitch slowly gets higher.
   
6. The song abruptly ends.
