Well, this might be related to the suggestion asking for support for controllers…

Well, Scratch projects are under the Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike license, so you can even sell them if you wish.
However, most game distribution services usually have a quality check, which might be your hardest hurdle.
There are numerous sb3 to exe converters on Github.

This is not possible as compiling software for the XBox 360 Platform requires the use of developer software from Microsoft. In particular, a form of the XBox SDK. This software is not free (as in gratis or libre) and will most likely require to you sign extensive Non Disclosure Agreements as well as require you to purchase expensive Development Kit units to debug your games upon. but i have my own game studio for real JUST TELL ME I KNOW QUALITY CHECKS WHEN I SEE ONE.
From what little I can find about the XBox 360's SDK, you need to develop your game in C++ using Visual Studio. There is no way to port a Scratch project to this and the Scratch Team will not add this.
Additionally, the XBox 360 is probably not able to be developed for easily, now that the XBox One is out and the next generation XBox is inevitable.
I am unsure the level of support the XBox 360's internet browser can for Scratch 3.0, but if it does support HTML5 / Canvas you should be able to run your games via the web browser on the console.

This wouldn't work as the XBox 360 runs on PowerPC and “exe” files are x86 / amd64 based. Well, Scratch projects are under the Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike license, so you can even sell them if you wish.

i have no idea what a ballpoint is and maybe i will port it to my own brand's console, the dolphin, instead as it reads sb3 files but it needs sb3 zi[ drives
(or as yoshi land, another game of mine) calls it, a .EGG file.

Ah I see, good luck developing your console, but as far as I'm aware this topic is a rejected suggestion and so I will report it to be closed. i have no idea what a ballpoint is and maybe i will port it to my own brand's console, the dolphin, instead as it reads sb3 files but it needs sb3 zi[ drives

2.5 Official Scratch to EXE converter
On Scratch, an important goal is to have anyone be able to look at the code for any project. This philosophy is not only important for learning code and remixing, but is also important for moderation purposes; for more information, see #3.2 and #4.1 on this list. Converting to EXE (or any other black box executables) will prevent users from looking at the code, and hence goes against this philosophy. Third party converters do exist, and you can use those, but an official one made by the Scratch Team will not be made.

Is there any way to run a Scratch-compatible browser on an Xbox 360? That might do what @Gameboystudio is looking for.

If it weren't for all 3 XBox 360s within our household being dead, I would test. But from what I remember, the XBox 360 ran a very limited version of what it called “Internet Explorer” so I doubt it has compatibility with Scratch 3.0, as that doesn't work on PC Internet Explorer either. Is there any way to run a Scratch-compatible browser on an Xbox 360? That might do what @Gameboystudio is looking for.

maybe you right, but what about the project controller? it won't work with a controller if it's linked to arrow keys, so what do i do to set it to controller mode?
if the same thing applies to 3ds browser, lemme know! i want to try that, too.

if there's no way to, i will close the topic and sit on my porch, unable to do something good, for once.

Scratch does not have controller support, but there is a separate thread for that. maybe you right, but what about the project controller? it won't work with a controller if it's linked to arrow keys, so what do i do to set it to controller mode?

Unlikely, as the XBOX 360 is a 14-year-old 7th-generation console.
