So, basically I was scrolling through another studio. I got a notification for that studio, when I checked it was a troll account. The name of this person was… (removed by moderator - please use the Report buttons for reporting). I reported him, he got banned. He then made an alt called (removed by moderator). Knowing it was him, I decided to report him again. After he harassed me for getting his old account banned, he didn't get banned. Surprisingly! He's been trolling the community and being toxic to people. I was wondering @ceebee @Paddle2See Or any other Scratch Team members. Could you maybe reach out for that.

Thanks for letting Scratch know. However, the discussion boards should not be a place to report Scratchers for conduct violations.
Please do not “feed” the trolls; all they want is attention. By responding to their posts, you're only giving them the incentive to continue prohibited activities on Scratch. A lack of attention will force them to lose interest over time.

If you suspect a ban evasion may be present (which it obviously is from what I looked up), please file a report with evidence to the Scratch Team via the Contact Us Page which can be found at the bottom of every page on Scratch. It can also be used to file miscellaneous reports when the report button doesn't suffice.

Yes, please use Contact Us or email directly to help@scratch.mit.edu.

By the way, all of their accounts appear to be blocked so it would appear that your earlier reports worked
