I think we need all the Scratch versions for download, it would be very useful for experienced Scratchers that want all the old functions that aren't available in some of the others, also in Scratch 3.1 a good feature would be to show all the blocks from older versions and make them function.

The versions available to the public are 1.4, 2.0, and 3.0. Scratch 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4 never existed, I believe, and same with 1.1, 1.2, and 1.4. There are downloads for 1.4, 2.0, and 3.0, and there is no such thing as “beta offline editors”.
Blocks from older versions were removed for good reasons. Two examples -
This took an enormous amount of memory to create, and was incredibly laggy and buggy. That's why this effect was removed.
This block was removed since it could never be stopped, according to the Scratch Wiki.

I know for a fact all the Scratch 0.x versions existed but are deleted. Just go to The versions available to the public are 1.4, 2.0, and 3.0. Just go to https://en.scratch-wiki.info/wiki/Scratch_1.0. Also, I found out recently Scratch 1.1 through 1.3 still exists. Here's how to download them:

Step 1: Go to https://en.scratch-wiki.info/wiki/Scratch_1.1 for Scratch 1.1, https://en.scratch-wiki.info/wiki/Scratch_1.2 for Scratch 1.2, or https://en.scratch-wiki.info/wiki/Scratch_1.3 for Scratch 1.3
Step 2: Scroll to the top of the page and find the picture of the version you want, then look underneath it and find the “Official installers:” area.
Step 3: Look below it, find your computer type and click it. Your computer will start downloading it.
P. S. I do know that there's no such thing as an offline editor for betas, I just think there were some cool features in some of the betas.

No support.
1.
I honestly don't see why someone would want a Beta version since it would be quite buggy, and I believe that Betas update during development, so what version of the Beta would be used?
2.
There were no 0.x versions. (EDIT: Actually, there was a 0.1 version. It was like a SUPER early version.)
3.
1.4 was an updated version of the previous 1.x versions, so I personally don't think it's necessary.
Also, since some of the older versions had blocks that are now removed, how would they be uploaded to the Scratch website? While I'm sure it would be fun to play with the older removed blocks, you wouldn't be able to upload them since the blocks don't exist anymore… This is a cool idea though

This is a great suggestion, but it's being ruined by new posters posting offtopic things here.
Should I make a suggestion saying you should have to have 20 posts before you can post anywhere other than New Scratchers?

It is interesting to try out the February 2004 version of Scratch and see what the Scratch team initially thought was a good idea and then changed their minds. It allows a sprite to change the local variables of other sprites, allows people to use embedded videos, has stretch x and stretch y commands, and has cloning (so that last one is an example of them putting something back into Scratch).
But it’s really buggy and does not offer anything that could be used in a modern scratch project.
The place where I downloaded it (and other old versions) from is gone now.
I think the examples in 1.1 are interesting because most have an unpolished look (artwork quality was, I guess, not initially important). Also, some of the sprites in the library came with embedded scripts (Jetpack girl).
So the old versions are kinda interesting but I think you were looking for features from the old versions that could be used in Scratch 3. I know that they have added in a couple but I don’t know where that list is.

How Come i Can't Record?
Please ask questions about Scratch here and not in this topic - this is a topic about an idea of making all of the older versions of Scratch downloadable. What's your opinion about it?

Although this could be useful, I think we don't need the beta versions. They could be laggy and don't have many features - but the normal versions can come because a lot of people could find them useful for experiencing the old ways of coding on Scratch.
