Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Explores of Time and Darkness review
The story begins with you waking up on a beach with a Pokémon standing next to you(your Pokémon and partner are chosen for you in a personality quiz before you start. I got Pikachu and Squirtle). It isn't just any Pokémon though… it can talk! They tell you you've turned into a Pokémon! You don't believe them, but you look at your reflection in the sea and find that they weren't lying. You are indeed a Pokémon! You befriend them and they show you a special treasure: a Relic Fragment! But then, two bullies called Koffing and Zubat show up and steal it. To get it back, you follow them into a cave nearby. This is the first dungeon you go into! When you're in a dungeon, you have to make it through a number of floors (the amount of floor is different in each dungeon) without being KO'd. If you are, you lose all your money and some of your items, and you'll have to start from the beginning of the dungeon again (Although a few dungeons have “Relay Points”, letting you start again from there if you are KO'd) . Make sure to find apples to eat, otherwise you'll go hungry and your health will start going down. Also, pick up seeds and orbs to help on your dangerous journeys. The seeds and orbs have different effects, such and Escape orb letting you escape a dungeon without losing money and items, and Sleep seeds putting the target to sleep. (Beware: eating some seeds can have harmful effects!). Soon after you get your partner's treasure back, you become recruits at the “Wigglytuff Guild” that is nearby. Soon after, you're assigned your first true mission: you must go to Drenched Bluff to retrieve a Spoink's lost pearl. When you're not in dungeons, you should go to Treasure Town to prepare for any dangerous missions coming up. (Trust me, stocking up on supplies is vital!)

This game is one of the best Pokémon spin-offs yet. If you like adventure, I recommend this game. Even if you've never played Pokémon before, this is a good place to start.

That's all for this review. Want to find out what happens? You'll have to find out for yourself.

Photo Dojo review
Photo Dojo is a game made in 2009 in DSi ware, where you can create your own characters and make them fight against each other. When I first got this I finished making myself, and started playing in Single Player mode, and I have to admit it's a really fun game. The single player mode is kind of like smash run in the new smash bros game except there isn't any power-ups, it was all nice and simple once I completed my set with all my friends, family members and Yoshis in it (well just one Yoshi). I decided to check out the ‘VS Mode’ since it's the main mode I was kind of disappointed there isn't an online mode it’s just local play, now I know that sounds good but each player LITERALLY has to hold each side of the DS and the only controls are: L/R to attack and the arrow keys/xyab keys to move. There are various combos though. So to sum it up Photo Dojo is fun in single player and making your own characters is pretty funny at times but VS mode just isn't very good in the controls department.

6/10

Okay, change of plans. It'll have to come out on Saturdays. I just got a job that takes up my Fridays for the rest of the summer.

Nintendo Digital Event
One of the things that cough my eye while I was watching Nintendo's Digital Event was the Mii fighters in Super smash bros 4, there so cool because of the fun outfits that you can even use in battle similar to the streetpass quest/find mii game. I also saw some info on a cool new game called Splatoon it’s a game where you can shoot people with paintball guns and then turn into a squid and swim in your teams paint and you can jump around as a squid which looks very cool, I really want to play it, sadly I don’t have a Wii u. it also reminds me of the colour the world game in battle block theatre.

No, it's just I was supposed to get a new magazine out last Friday, but I just got a new job and am in a day camp, so I get home late. I will try my best to do it this Friday, but this week, by schedule is packed.

Scratch's fortnightly gaming magazine

Scratch Gamer Magazine was originally founded by Stor years ago. It was made up of a small team of Scratchers who enjoyed gaming and wrote news, review and other articles for the Scratch community to enjoy. But, after 2.0, the team became less and less active and began to separate. Since then, there were very few new issues released. My goal, now is to reboot the magazine. But first, we need new writers. If you're interested, please fill out the application form below.
