So, I'm still not 100% sure that this is a big enough suggestion to be on the forums, but I got directed to post on the forums when suggesting this to a Scratch Team member, so here it goes. I want us to have a potato emoji for comments! I think it would be a good feature as an emoji as many Scratchers like potatoes, and on this studio, a conversation was even started about having a potato emoji. Let me know if you support or not so I can continue to list names of supporters and anti-supporters.

If the Scratch Team were to add a potato emoji, then people would probably start requesting emojis of many different other foods, and then it would be nearly impossible to decide which ones to add, and which ones not to add in a way which is still fair to everyone.

Reasons? If you no support a suggestion, you can't just expect it won't be added (unless the suggestion itself is rejected). It's a decision the ST must make, not us.

When you trying to add _meow_ emoji you type in _ meow _ I typed in spaces so it will not make it emoji, don't add space bars between m and w it will not work.

Again, this emoji has nothing to do with scratch and is far to obscure to be added (won’t be used in conversation) so it isn’t worth adding it. Please remember that the food emojis now were only added for April fools.
