The Ability to Group Sprites Together in Lists for Collision Purposes

I'd like it if I could group sprites in lists so I can make collision easier, mainly for Neon Shooter Prototype.
Like this:

add sprite [myself v] to [list v] :: list

Support. This seems very useful for a lot of things, especially inbetweening or something

My idea for it was to use it to check whether any sprite in a list was touched by something.
