So when a job comes up, should it be accepted by someone who does that job or the heads and given down to the employees if they can't do it? If so, we should have another thread for employees so we can organise who does what. Just an idea from a lowly unpaid employee

no. The employees do their job. Like if an animation is required,an animator will do it (and can also accept it). But the heads can do any order. It's up to them. If the animator and heads are both inactive, some other employee can do the work. Otherse, employees can accept orders from their field, while the heads can accept any order.
