I have an idea, and I’m wondering if anyone else here would be interested in helping. It will be a sort of research into scratch shops and the results will be shared with our members if enough people come to help out. I will be investigating when the best time to bump is and when the most orders come through.

So, I’m not gonna make this scientific bc I’m dumb

but I’ll try to make the results formal and accurate. If anybody else’s could help that’d be great. We’ll be measuring:

How many topics get new posts in each hour of the day, averaged out over a week
How many orders some volunteer shops get because of a bump at different hours of the day
How many views some volunteer shops get because of a bump at different hours of the day
Which day the most topics get new posts.
Anything reasonable that people suggest I should add here

I won’t do this unless some people help me out with it, but I think it could help shops out enormously if it did end up happening since I’ve always wondered when I should be bumping my shop. I think the early evening in EST is probably the best time but maybe it’ll be the opposite because that’s when the most posts are being made and drawing it down. Any help will be appreciated and especially from lots of different time zones so we can always have someone counting every hour.

I don't use Scratch all that much. I only hop on the forums and stuff. I make stuff on Unity and 3D model now.
