Add a smudge tool to the art editor

Oh, I'm sorry. I thought you said yes to the first question in the second one.
My concern is how the blend tool would work with something like this:

What would it do in the center there?
Oh no, you're good, don't worry about it

It would just blend the colours around, as I'm sure that it would be hard to program something to avoid that. I tried it out, and I ended up with a light grey circle with some green highlights and a bit of brown, since that was the most prominent colour. (Green, then yellow + blue = green, so it is 3/4 green and the add in the red and there is a small tinge of brown/mahogany.)
Although for most artists, when using the blend tool, they don't blend colours that would contrast that much. Although it is fun to play around with though.

this just cant really be implemented for the vector editor, since vector graphics dont have pixels with colours you can average, they work with entire shapes

support. i'm not an artist at all, but it'd be useful to make different effects.
