i can't open scratch 1.4

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 58.0.3029.110, Flash 25.0 (release 0)
I can't open scratch 1.4 anymore
it worked perfectly in December when I downloaded it
now this horrible thing called squeak keeps opening and tells me to open image files when i have none

Here's the problem, scratch 1.4 is a squeak program, only opening image files, scratch 1.4 is a image file, so you need to re download it, and put the download destination to C

Windows/Users/Your-name/Desktop
You will see “Scratch1.4.image” or something like that, squeak will ask for an image file, simply use that image file.

a tip > get a new browser or just use internet explorer >)

Your *.IMAGE file, by default is located in 
C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\SCRATCH\SCRATCH.IMAGE
on AMD64 machines, or 
C:\PROGRAM FILES\SCRATCH\SCRATCH.IMAGE
on IA-32 machines.
