An Idea for the Spam Detecter
A lot of people know the spam detecter as a great way to keep spammers in check. But, sometimes it detects things that we wouldn't really call “spam”.
I'd say add whitelisted phrases to the spam filter, because sometimes people are just trying to be polite (ex: the spam filter once accused me of spam for saying “thx!” too much). Sadly, just that doesn't prevent people from spamming using the whitelisted phrases. Perhaps add a time limit for posting stuff? (note: non-whitelisted phrases won't follow this rule.) I'm sure that people who are just trying to be positive to other people wouldn't mind the 60/120 second rule.

No support.
Why? Because instead of your “thx!”, you can just say “Thank you!”, “Thank you for that!”, “Ŧhank you!”, or even “Oh, let the most powerful deity give you the unbreakable plate that always has your favourite food on it for giving me a compliment!”*
And these are just the mentioned workarounds…
*Keep in mind that this is actually supposed to be a joke.

The message above may contain wrong information, rude remarks, or something embarrassing to my current self. In this case, please ignore it and remember that I likely wrote it back when I didn't know what “respect” truly meant. I really hate thinking about it again.

Yeah, no support.
Plus, I see an issue:
“Thank you so much! Thank you thank you for this suggestion! I really appreciate it! Thank you! Please continue to make more good suggestions, thank you.”
See? That's 5 times “thank you” appeared in a sentence, and though the above may be unconventional it's still valid.

Infrequently active.
It feels weird to see how far we've come. I hope you're well, wherever you are!

No Support. Don't you see people hating sixty second rule very much in forums? This limit make people more angry. Anyways, you can use things which have same mean with “thanks”.

If you're seeing this account, I'm Morimop and the reason that I use this account is:
**I'm too lazy to switch accounts**
**I forget my password**
**I got a forum message while drawing something**

Don't you see people hating sixty second rule very much in forums? Not so on-topic, but I wanted to say it: I actually rarely see the “Sorry, but you have to wait 60 seconds between posts”, because by the time I formulate my posts, more than two minutes pass.

Even if there are many workarounds, there is still a limited amount. Griffpatch once made a project that was a list of ALL the words that you could put in a cloud chat room. And, I doubt anyone would make a “thank you” as powerful as that. And if someone did it many times, it would pretty much be spam, because why not just do one of the workarounds? It wouldn't be as heartfelt as it would seem if it were the same thing every time.

I guess you are right about how sixty seconds is too long of a wait between comments. Maybe slim it down to 15 seconds then?
I don't want to use other words that mean “thanks”. My hands are too lazy.

No…
That would kind of defeat the purpose of it, would it not? idk.
thx

What's the purpose of it? Maybe the that time gives a chance that user thinks what should he/she write in message. That would kind of defeat the purpose of it, would it not? idk.
