The court is open; if no evidence is provided by either side (and I have no idea who the other side is) within 24 hours the case will close.

24 hours is a little short. After can take as long as they want, the judges will have to question any people who are being held against once evidence starts being provided. So far, I don’t know who exactly is being sued but I think it’s me or Lola or just the system in general and not a specific person?

The law was first added about a month ago. I have extra proof if necessary, but the second page of the first link, if you scroll to the bottom you will see that the law was implemented exactly a month ago, a full week and a half before campaigning even began.
In addition, one of the first laws ever implemented before even a single shop had joined, section 1.3 states that representatives may vote. While this section might not make complete sense in our current state of laws, the “representatives” are the shop owners and the soon to be appointed shop representatives, chosen by the shops (which many shops still haven’t given). At no point have non-members been able to vote in any elections and I don’t believe that there is anyone who has wanted that in the past - you shouldn’t get to decide it if it is just about helping your friend win. It won’t affect you unless you are a member, so why should they get to vote.

Yeah, so far I hadn’t picked sides but I’ve decided that some posts that after made were a little directive towards me so I am making clear what has happened and why his “evidence” isn’t valid. However, no evidence is required to hold a lawsuit (since its to do with presidents I guess it’s a royal commission according to our laws) but repeat lawsuits do require sufficient additional evidence. However, you won’t win without evidence that the vote was unfair.

Yes

I would want to decline as it is a sloppy application, and you need to provide a valid reason that you will help as a judge.
