Nothing to worry about here — each page holds 20 posts. If your post is on a new page, that means you were the 21st post (or 41st, or 61st, etc.).

If this has been happening to you multiple times, it is purely coincidental.

There are a number of time-management and parental control programs that can perform this kind of task now, if desired. I don't think there is a strong need for it to be built-in to Scratch.
