I find confirmations annoying. But, if you have it for variables…. Support

Delete confirmation for sprites
This really should be added. For those who don't know, anything that is deleted in Scratch is gone permanently. Adding a confirmation would definitely help with people accidentally deleting assets and whilst, sure, it can be annoying to have constant confirmations, it's even more exasperating to have lost a sprite that you put days into writing the scripts and designing the artwork (one person in mind here, griffpatch
). Sure, you could make backups but not everyone's that organised (totally me) and every time you save or make a change and you save a backup, that's more time wasted than simply having a confirmation.
However, I feel this should be toggled for people who prefer speed, for which there should be an option to turn the confirmation off. By default, this should be on.

If implementing an undo button into Scratch is too hard (which is something I really didn't like about Scratch since the 1.x days), then there should definitely be a confirmation dialog when deleting sprites. Support.

Support. I've deleted important sprites by accident more than once, and I'm sure this is an even bigger problem for newer Scratchers.

No support. This will sometimes take some time.
If you delete something by accident, CTRL-Z exists.

Also, I believe CTRL+Z doesn't undo deletions…

Delete confirmation for sprites

*works on a single sprite for days*
*accidentally deletes it*
And it must take ages to remember the code, especially if there are broadcasts and plenty of variables and custom blocks…
Yeah, this one little change could definitely help stop those “little accidents” :v

Sometimes I delete a thing accidently but I don't see it, then I remember after deleting something and I can't take it back. This would be helpful.). Semi-support. While this feature seems nice, you can already restore sprites if you accidentally delete them with the “edit” tab.

Really, I don't want to spend an extra three hours re-making the code I already forgot how to understand just because it lagged and I clicked in the wrong spot.

Confirmation on sprite deletion would be a good feature addition. I hate losing hours of hard work).
