-Shop Fast- is Scratch's most advanced shop, as it uses a project and order codes to tell customers the status of their orders. Staff can sign into the project to claim orders and check them off as completed. This makes checking an order much faster an easier for customers.

Rules For Customers

We would like our customers to follow a few simple rules to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.

When you order please put as much detail as possible in them, this ensures that our staff can get it done as fast as they can. Please be respectful of our staff, otherwise we may cancel your order. If we cannot finish your order, please do not be angry at us; the order may just be too hard. If your order is delayed we will contact you on your profile, if you want updates more frequently, please check the project. You can cancel your order at any time, however make sure the staff member doing it knows, so that they don't complete your order without knowing not to.

Customer Interface Instructions

Here is a link to our customer interface. Once it has loaded, press the green flag. Then press the button that says “Customer” It will ask you what your order code is. Your order code is a four digit code that will be assigned to your order. when you post it on this thread. if you type that in, it will tell you if your order has been claimed. Then, it will ask if you want to cancel your order. If you do cancel it, please tell us on this thread as well.

Staff stuff.

The Project.

When you join, a staff member will comment on your profile giving you the password to the project. If you try to log in and it says that you are not a staff member, please remind me to create your account.

Activity Checks.

On the first(ish) of every month, we will hold an activity check. This may be called by any staff member, or a customer. Before the activity check is official, however, a HR must review it. An HR will be moved to the position under them if the HR in question has 2 strikes. An HR will be moved to a regular staff position if they have 3 strikes. A regular staff member takes 4 strikes to be fired. Anyone above VP can hand out strikes at will. However, if they give strikes for no reason, or a reason that is deemed unfair, they will have as many strikes as they gave given to them.
