You will have to gain trust in order to get that rank. What job do you want initally? (Co-executive officer is in Leader rank, and you need trust for that rank Class A, is higher than Class B and needs some trust to get to (you can skip Class D if you think you have enough training, and Class C is for subs and normal members that do not want to be on every few days to check out forum posts).
Here is the ranks you can get at the start: It should be pretty obvious if you have been in guilds in games before.
Class B (workers)
Logo/Scripting/Music/Art/Trainer Workers
Class C (for non-active members)
Member
Subsitute
Class D (for training)
Trainee
Waiteenot needed because you are the only one currently joining

Reason why Dragon767 was able to get VP is because he was the first one after the creator to join the shop.

You need to be active and follow the community guidelines. 4 strikes and you're out. A=0 strikes B=1 strikes… 1 strike is removed every three weeks.
