THAT'S WHAT I WAS GONNA SAY!so is removing the feature to do this. I think it's pointless.

No support, it's not worth the time to implement when they could be working on features that would actually change anything

Support! I followed people to know when they share new projects, but I don't want to be notified 3 times!

This is what I sometimes do and by the looks of it griffpatch does also. No support. When you share a project, it goes out to your activity feed, Same when you love and favorite it.
If your project isn't getting enough attention, you can love it, putting it in your feed.
Then later, you can favorite it.
Besides, it's just one love and/or favorite. Does it make a difference?

Support. That is just getting free loves and Favorites. Some Scratchers are able to do it on other accounts to make it go on “What the Community is Loving” That is just a Cheat. So i wish they can add that. It would be very Helpful.

Removing this ability wouldn't really prevent that scenario from happening. You'd still be able to log into other accounts to love and favorite your own projects. Support. In fact, if you see someone using alternate accounts to love their own projects, you should tell the Scratch Team through Contact Us. This is certainly against the Terms of Use, and we will take action.

I'm curious, though. How would people know if you're using multiple accounts? There's a lot of [DATA EXPUNGED] designed to get around censorship, they could be repurposed.
I once did this on some place I totally forgot. A day later I realized I was doing something bad. Support, strange that you can do this. Plus, I don't think it would be that hard, I mean…

It is I think it's pointless.true. There are even projcts that tell you do this and other things to get more loves and fves.
The only people that would find this useful would be the people desperate to change their loves and faves counter.

EDIT: Wait… is it considered necroposting if the original topic is old, or if the last comment is old? Cause that means there's a possibility that this is a necropost as well. O_O

O_ONecroposting does not exist on the Suggestions forums as long as the Scratcher posts something that furthers the discussion in the topic (which @proeditor2009 did).

No, it’s useful for other things. For example, griffpatch has favorited several of his projects so they all appear in a collection in his favorites list. Some people also love their projects to bring more attention to them. If you have an old project you’ve updated, one way to get it noticed again is to love it(provided you have followers). It is I think it's pointless.true. Mmm… hard pass. No support. With what's been said above it would probably cause more problems than it would solve.

If anyone is wondering it's located in the This is certainly against the Terms of Use, and we will take action.Terms of Use, like Za-Chary said, and then is put under 3.5 as point 5, and it says as follows
Using alternate accounts or organizing voting groups to manipulate site statistics, such as purposely trying to get on the “What the Community is Loving/Remixing” rows of the front page.so technically some of the stuff said here is already enforced.
