That's the color of extension blocks in Scratch 3 (though that block should have been the “custom argument” color, I've fixed it now, thanks for pointing it out!). Operators are a limer green: https://en.scratch-wiki.info/w/index.php?title=User:Kenny2scratch/Sandbox&oldid=228643#For_color_comparison

Hi, I noticed that the () mod () (block) article had a link to Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modulo_operation) but there is no template (I think that's what's it's called!) saying so.
Could someone fix this pease?

Wikipedia is not considered as an outside source, but only an extension.
