I used Razer Synapse's eyedrop tool to get the colors. I could be slightly off, as I didn't study precisely. Apparently, the (Scratch 3) block color codes are:

You could also check out other stuff by using the Razer Synapse eyedrop tool, or use the Color Hex website to convert hex into colors.
