I have a bunch of code in one sprite that I want to put in another sprite. I found directions that said to duplicate code and then drag the code block over to the other sprite. When I do that, nothing happens. All of the sprites in the sprite pallet seem to get selected and when I click on the one I want to receive the code block it just disappears.

Just drag and drop code from one sprite's script area to another sprite in the sprite panel - release the mouse when the sprite wobbles. No need to duplicate the code - it should copy to the second sprite but leave a copy where it was.

is that for scratch 1 2 or 3 i'm looking for one that's for 3.0
