what if after you make a variable you could right click it and change it from for all sprites to for this sprite only i feel like that would be super helpful.
like you accidentally make a variable

you should probably have some kind of warning before it switches, like if you accidentally right clicked and selected change.

Support. I have encountered this problem many times.
My kumquats and forum signatures ate each other. Luckily, I did not like any of them anyways.
The evil kumquat must have some relation with thanos cat. Evil kumquat is 2.0 and thanos cat is 3.0

Support! There's been several times I've accidentally made a variable for all sprites when I wanted it for only one sprite, and vice versa. Maybe that feature could be for lists, too?

Support, because I've run across this issue multiple times before. It'd be good to have some warning, like a dialog box, just so that the user can confirm the idea because it could result in broken scripts if the person accidentally clicked it.

Oh support. It's such a hassle to create a variable, make a complicated project, and then realize a variable should be local instead of global, and you have to redo the whole thing.

Support. While i can't relate to this problem, in the end it's a convenience feature that - as is made evident by this thread - is a rampant issue.
