I guess you havent seen it?
Sorry, I missed your post. I like your level design, and congratulations, you are now part of the collab!

Just a quick warning though, you will be working with some more complicated concepts. However, don't worry - you will only need to design the layout of those levels, and where the enemies are.

How active are you 1-10: 7-8 (I may be less active after May 30)
On a scale of 1-100, how much experience do you have with tile-based platformers?: I don't quite understand what you mean by ‘tile,’ but I do have experience with making platformers.
Example of a tile-based platformer you either made or helped make (if you have not made/helped make a title based platformer, link a complex project of yours): Art Ball, Art Ball 2, Art Ball Custom Level Maker, trappd, infini.ti OS X, and Versatilis.
Are you following the topic? (if not, you must follow the topic): Yes
Occasionally, Scratch will sometimes not give out notifications for a topic, even when following it. You agree that, despite this bug, you will try your best to keep up to date on the collab, including by using the “show your topics” feature?: Yes, I will try to stay informed as much as possible.

Also, I have 2 intros. 1 is for my main games and 1 is for my 20% projects (just to clarify). And sadly, some of my older projects may be broken because of Scratch 3.0.

Wow, your projects are very impressive, and your skills are just what I'm looking for! Accepted!

A tile-based platformer is where the levels are made up of small images called “tiles” pieced together, instead of being large images pieced together. It allows to save space, and is more efficient. Also, if you don't mind telling, why will you be less active after May 30?

All we need is one more Level Designer, one more Pixel Artist, two more programmers, a translator, a cloud data programmer, and a tile-based programmer, then we can start!

School lets out on the 30th, and most of my time on Scratch is during school. I'll try to be on as much as I can though.

Sorry, but unfortunately, your application was rejected for the following reasons:
  • Slow work rate
  • Your examples do not show your skills clearly
  • In order for me to prove your skills, I asked to see examples of your coding and level design. This only shows your coding skills.
  • Your skill set does not match our requirements at this time.
But don't worry, there are other collabs & shops that would do great with your skills, so why not explore?

Please don't take this decision personally or as offensive, this is simply due to the strict requirements of this collab, as it will be a very advanced and complicated collab, possibly becoming one of the most, if not, the most advanced collab in Scratch history.

Thank you for your time, however, and I hope you do well in your future Scratch adventures. Scratch on!

Sorry I haven't checked in for a while, I can't really do anything for the collab until the weekend. By then I should be able to get some art design in.

Oh - don't worry, you don't have to do anything yet at all. You'll only have to do things once the collab starts. We haven't started yet as we need more people before we can. Once we start, I'll have all the resources up on my second account, and I'll have all the plans and stuff on the “development cycle” post. It's actually easier that we only start doing things when everything is all planned out.

Ah, okay. Maybe I can do some basic level design in the meantime.

I'll also try to play the game a lot to get the idea of how it's supposed to work.

Alright, neat. Make sure to only draw the very basic layout though, made out of lines. The graphics can be added later when the design is more finalised. I will be combining collaborator's level designs all into one to make the new levels, adding some of my own ideas too.

On a scale of 1-100, how much experience do you have with tile-based platformers?: It's very hard to code tile-based platformers. I only code scrolling platformers.
Example of a tile-based platformer you either made or helped make (if you have not made/helped make a title based platformer, link a complex project of yours): https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/302943728/ It's a scrolling platformer. However it's a engine, meaning that it's a code-testing project
Are you following the topic? (if not, you must follow the topic): Yes.

A tile based platformer can be a scrolling platformer. But, accepted, your work seems to be quite impressive, especially considering you have only been on Scratch for 4 months, so well done!

I'm very confused. I said that some of my coding skills. I an actually really good at platformers and I am currently still trying to make the platformer example because I said that was A example but I never made it as an example and I am still making the actual example to it is impossible to deny my thing because the actual example is still being made. (Also my project disappeared removing all the progress I made)
