Is scratch-desktop open source?

Hi All,

I wanted to modify scratch for desktops (windows and mac, by using electron js). But I am getting ‘Your Browser Does Not Support WebGL’ on some machines, though the same works on others.
And on the same machine, scratch-desktop is working fine. I wanted to examine scratch-desktop repo on Github, but it is private. Please let me know if I can get access to scratch-desktop repo.

Its not been open-sourced - I don''t think Scratch 2.0 offline was ever open-sourced so I imagine Scratch Desktop won't be.

Might be worth exploring if you could run your own local version of Scratch 3

So does this mean that it's possible to mod Scratch 3.0 Desktop? This could lead to a whole new set of possibilities!
