What external links can be shared, but are within the community guidelines?
I know instagram, youtube, facebook, google docs, and reddit aren't allowed, but are there any that can be shared?

YouTube is allowed. Just don't link to inappropriate videos.

Any site is allowed, as long it's mostly clean (just don't link to the unclean), has good moderation, and isn't mainly used for private messaging.

I think it's important to not link to any NSFS sites. (i.e. Sites with people with very little clothes on, as CatsUnited calls it.) That's definitely against the rules.
