I can't seem to find the feature that allows you to fill in an area with two different colors that fade into one another. Hopefully you can understand what I'm talking about. It was in Scratch 1.4, when using the bucket tool. Does it still exist?

Yep! Works the same way too. Just make sure that you're in bitmap mode.
