The absolute EASIEST boss ever is Cloud n Candy from Yoshi's Story. His only attack is a laughably slow hop and licking him heals you. Officially the easiest boss ever.

My personal candidate is Air Man from Megaman 2 with only the buster. I don't use the Leaf Sheild because he's so weak to the Buster. All you do is dodge the tornadoes, jump to the other side of the room when Airman does, and then he's LOWER then half health. Just shoot him and he's toast. Really, I can beat airman (anyone get the reference?)

Not sure if many people round these parts have played Resident Evil 4 (this is like a kids site, lol), but if you have, you'll probably know what I'm talking about when I refer to the Salazar boss fight.

Why's it so easy? Two words:

Rocket Launcher.

Instant kill.

One boss I think is easy is HellFire snake from what your on,Scratch.All you have to do is click his nose when it is green.

That Bucket Monster… thing, from LittleBigPlanet Karting. I beat it on my first try with lives to spare.

Oh, and Big bully from Mario Kart DS. Once you can hit him in a straight line with mushrooms, it's easy.
