I know this one is open because it rarely got any posts in 1.4, but what the heck, I love this show, it deserves a topic even if it's not popular.

Welcome to the Official Adventure Time Topic! For those of you who don't know what Adventure Time is, it's a show on Cartoon Network about Finn and Jake, two best friends(that are also adoptive brothers), who go on adventures and frequently destroy the somewhat-evil plans of the Ice King, which usually means rescuing Princess Bubblegum. It looks like a really dumb show with no point, but the truth is, under the happy facade, there's a whole backstory that's really saddening and interesting. If you're one of the people who didn't know what this show was when you came here, I suggest watching the Christmas special! It's the first bit you really see about the history of the show and it's really good.
Feel free to talk about the comics, too!

It's just really awkward and disturbing to me.

This is my second favorite show (GF took it's first place spot). My favorite episodes are the three Lich episodes (The Lich, Finn the Human, and Jake the Dog) and I Remember You. ( :') )

Aww, I know some episodes are weird, but give the other episodes such as the Christmas special a chance. Under all the weirdness there's actually a really touching story.

OH GLOB I REMEMBER YOU ;A; I cried at the end it was so sad and awesome… Simon and Marcy was really good and interesting too, but didn't make me cry.

I used to not like Adventure Time myself when it first started airing. Then a few months after that I tried watching an episode since there was nothing else on. It really drew me in . . . Now it's easily one of my favorite shows.

I know! Hot Topic has SO much Adventure Time stuff, it's amazing. At my mall's store, they cut down a bit on the AT stuff, but they still have quite a lot. There's a whole rack full of most their items, but there's a few other things throughout the store. It's cool they also have the exclusive Finn figure with his sword whereas other stores that carry it have him without his sword.

Actually when it was advertising just before it aired I was like “This is going to be so dumb! It looks ridiculous.” so I didn't watch it until my best friend told me about the first episode, and I went On Demand to find an episode and they had Freak City so I watched it and thought it was really weird and only okay. After I told my brother about it and we watched Go With Me together and thought it was just okay again. But after a while(I believe it was around when Holly Jolly Secrets aired) after that I believe I started watching it again regularly… And I became obsessed. :3

Alright, did anyone see the new episode ‘Sky Witch’? Because seriously. I was so gripped through like the whole thing as soon as I saw Hambo(even though it was a trap). AND NOW SHE HAS HIM AGAIN BUT BONNIE HAS NO ROCK SHIRT :'(

I liked the Simon and Marcy one, and I don't mind watching it sometimes, but I consider myself more of a Regubro (Regular Show fandom).

I always seem to associate these two for some reason…

I think my favorite part about the series is that theres a backstroy to it all. It's not just a weird place where Candy People live and other ‘odd’ beings, but they came to be through a mysterious past (the Mushroom War, was it?).

Anyway, I like Lemongrab and Peppermint Butler.

That's what I love about it too. Each character has their own mysterious past, and there's so many questions to be asked.
