Broken project information collector

My sprite will detect colors as if it was another color, please help!

It is not shared so I cannot provide a link

No error message

I’m using safari

No browser extensions installed

The sprite moves as it should, keeps going for a little bit after it detects the unwanted color, and then does exactly what it would do if it had touched the other color.

Sorry I couldn’t provide much information but please help if you could!

I just today decided to take a look at my old project from a few months back and found that it had an error. I know you said that “Projects which were previously failing to load with an error of ‘Oops, something went wrong!’ followed by a very long error id are in the process of being fixed,” but you also said “Many of these projects are already working, and those that aren't should be within the next few days,” and it's been a bit more than a few days since you last edited the post.

So there is an error display on maybe 5 of my projects that I worked on but no longer can. This is happening on Safari & Firefox. The project will work for a while then ‘ll leave it & Scratch won’t let me back in.

Not error messages from Scratch, but from the program itself. Gives error messages in Scratch3, but not in Scratch2.

In Scratch 3 it doesn't run the code, but instead shows it's own error messages. It is the colon definitions that doesn't work.

It still works on https://phosphorus.github.io/#137676871 .

If I save to my computer from online Scratch 3 and convert it from sb3 to sb2 it doesn't work in the Scratch 2 Offline Editor (same error as in Scratch 3), but I've found out that if I add another INIT under when GreenFlag clicked it works in the Scratch 2 Offline Editor. Even if I have two or three INITs in Scratch 3, it doesn't work there. Summary: It doesn't work in Scratch 3 even if i modify it and Scratch 3 trashes the project somewhat, but I can fix it using INIT twice so that in can run it in the Scratch 2 Offline Editor after converting it from sb3 to sb2 using a utility.

See inside shows no blocks for all sprites. This has been fixed, but the showstopper bug above is still there.

This is the only project that I have shared that doesn't load on any phones (which is its intended purpose, being a mobile game). No matter what browser you use, or which phone you attempt to play on, it always says that an error occured, and it is only with this particular project. If anything, I would like an explanation, because this took 3 months to complete.

Recently, I created a project in 3.0 but whenever I try to view it in the normal project page, it shows the “Oops! Something went wrong!” message.

I use Chrome and a window 10 computer
And currently, I have no extensions installed
I usually resolve this by just reloading the project in the editor but when others try this, it doesn’t work for them.

Could you please fix this? I would be very grateful if you just had a look at it.

Hello. I have a big problem.

Ever since scratch 3.0 came out, I have worked countless hours on a mobile game. I put so much effort into the art, music coding, etc. When I shared the project, it is the ONLY project that I know that doesn't work on phones. I cannot stress the anger I've had for the past week as the scratch team ignored me when I sent a message, and so have other discussions. If anything, I would like an explanation as to why my months of work have not worked, because it doesn't make any sense. Here is the link to the project:

The error message that shows up on phones is like the message you get when you don't have internet connection. On Google Chrome, it says “aw snap!”. All of my friends have tried to load the project, but it just doesn't work. I have tried everything, please help. Thank you.

I don't know if someone is also having this issue, but I've been noticing that whenever I open up a project random sprites are flipped upside down, and these were not part of any code, they're just bugging out and flipping. If anyone has had this problem and has fixed it, please tell me how. It only occurs on one of my devices, if that's the issue.

As I've said in a few of my other posts, I have this problem too. As far as I know, it's only occurring on Chrome OS, and even then not all Chromebooks are doing this. I don't know what's going on or why it only happens on some devices and not on others, but I really need this fixed soon - it's making the site practically unusable outside of the forums.
