I've heard that scratch limits projects size to 50MB.
the question is: Is the limit only for those who upload that big projects? (like limits are only for servers not offline games)

I've been working on my game for a quite a while, and it reached almost 30MB (In offline editor)

If it is not over the file size then yes

The offline editor doesn't have a limit, but if it goes over 50 MB, I don't think you'll be able to share it.
