3.0 completely BROKE my project, and I can't fix it!

Ok, I haven't been on scratch for a month, and I came back to 3.0. I load my favorite project… and it is broken.

And I can't fix it. I don't know what's wrong, and the new layout does not help.
Can anybody help me?

I know! Some of my older projects just freeze when I try to play them. When you make projects you also can't set costume centers and you have to create the color using sliders! I also don't see any major improvements besides a few blocks they could have added to 2.0. The “play screen on the right, code on the left, ”event block and control block colors reversed" just confuses me.

To fix your projects, what browser are you using? I tried using Chrome instead of Safari, and one of my programs worked. I hope this post helps you!

My game won't even load the scripts for some reason. I cannot see or edit them within the project!

That is what happens! The things freeze - it's based on a 3d engine, but now everything 3d is broken.
And I am using chrome! Oh yeah, the code on the left and screen on the right… 3.0 is not very… improving.

My project broke as well. Its not even complicated stuff that's broken in some cases. Simple, “when this sprite clicked, broadcast message” stuff. Its annoying that they'd force scratch 3.0 on us with all of its issues when 2.0 worked just fine. The lag and freezing is a whole other thing as well. Even if my project still worked it would be unplayable because of the lag.

Same here! I try to just loading up a project and it just says
Sorry this bug has been reported to scratch.
3 months later it is still not working! Down with scratch 3.0!

Tell me about it! The update completely DELETED the most important sprite in my entire game, and it would take hours to add all of that code again. What a joke.

wait…no costume centers???

There are costume centers, but they aren't just a button - you have to put it in the center of the costume editor.

Uhh.. I didn't need to see the Minecraft title screen and your stupid Forge mods but okay.

Not trying to necropost but just replying to these two.
Also at least scratchx.org/#scratch is a thing so we can use Scratch 2.0 without the offline editor.

There weren't when Scratch 3.0 first came out. This post was made right after Scratch 3.0 came out.
