Also, it's an optional pprogram, I believe. Like a store reqards program IRL (ack I cannot spell…) So I think it would be allowed.

In the ST announcement “Shops and buying/selling things for points,” making a cryptocurrency for a Scratch currency is not permitted, and mining is something exclusively cryptocurrency (though the way they interpret it, it seems like they do not understand what a cryptocurrency is).

Yes, but it makes this currency similar to a cryptocurrency in a way, and the ST does not like that.
