Scratch in Practice and the Scratch Wiki
Scratch in Practice is a new initiative by the Scratch Team to provide educators with strategies to support creative thinking with Scratch. On Feb. 19, the Scratch Wiki joined a Twitter chat concerning SIP, exploring how the Scratch Wiki could better support educator initiatives. If anyone wishes to submit additional feedback for our consideration, feel free to send a message through our public community forum.

Scratch Trends are popular styles and events that have gone around on Scratch. Some trends have been influential on project styles that many people have used, and some other trends have been items that people use in their projects, instead. The trends are not always correlated with projects, however; others have had to do with profile pictures, usernames, or forum activities.

What is the Scratch Wiki?
The Scratch Wiki is a collaboratively-written wiki available for free that provides information about the Scratch programming language and its website, history, and phenomena surrounding it. The wiki is supported by the Scratch Team, but is primarily written by Scratchers. The Scratch Wiki is a popular source of information for scripts and tutorials, and it continues to grow as Scratchers use it as their primary source of information. This could also include advanced articles for Scratchers around the world to build, share, and see.
