I think we should come up with the origin of the races.
Here’s my idea:
All humanoid races originated from the An-cines. They’re an ancient and mysterious race that have long disappeared. From them developed all the other races. What impact they had upon the modern races often play central roles in the culture of this world. They’re the common thread that ties all the races together.

I think we should come up with the origin of the races. That sounds pretty interesting! Personally I think there should be a few different precursor species that cover a few “similar” creatures (e.g: Orcs and Ogres have the same precursor)

The two you narrowed it down to.I vote for the first map!Is that as in all three or the two I narrowed it down to?
Here's what I have for the dwarven automata so far:Yay! I'm so excited!!!

Hey, can I make some languages for this? I have experienced with all types of languages (elven, dwarven, desert, mer, centauric, etc.)Me too? I also have experience making up languages, though not for any specific race of people.

Thanks! I will create a post dedicated to each of the languages, a link to them at the first post would be good so I can easily get to themHey, can I make some languages for this? I have experienced with all types of languages (elven, dwarven, desert, mer, centauric, etc.)Go ahead! I'd say that we need elvish, orcish and dwarfish with a couple of derivative languages.

So it's an online tabletop RPG?No, it's basically a prebuilt world which scratch users can use for whatever they want- games, RPs, you name it.
So, should I make a few species for the world?Go ahead, but keep in mind what creatures we've got so far.

Yes, I do. While I may not be as serious as you seem to be, I do have an understanding of language and what I should use to make each one up. I also am nearly bilingual, as I speak English as a first language and French as a second language, so that helps. But do you understand how and why they work the way they work? And I have made up a few languages, mainly for a fantasy/sci-fi world in a book series I am writing.

If you know French, then a highland human language would be nice. I think that and a hill dwarf language are the most French-like languages needed. I also know a bit of French but I’m more fluent in English and Swedish, which are perfect for most fantasy languages like elven and mountain dwarven. For your languages make sure to include an alphabet with characters that would make sense, as well as showing what each character sounds like, basically the phonetics section of my elven dictionary.Yes, I do. Okay. I think I'll stick mainly to more animal-like creatures and stay away from any kind of humanoid, since we seem to have plenty of those kinds of things already. So, should I make a few species for the world?Go ahead, but keep in mind what creatures we've got so far.

I think we could say certain races are more closely related than others. (e.g: Orcs and Orges are closely related races and are descended from the same subsection of the An-canes population.)I think we should come up with the origin of the races. That sounds pretty interesting! Additionally, fae could be a completely different race altogether that interbred with the an-cines. Brownie + An-Cine = Dwarf, Pixie + An-Cine = Elves, Gnome + An-Cine = Goblin, etc.I think we could say certain races are more closely related than others. Edit: Fae would be the race and brownies pixies and gnomes are subraces
