I don't think you need to go so far as encourage others to disclose personal Google+ info to give or get help. We have the forums, after all.

yes I know but 1) you can hide all of your information and the reason I set it up is so that you can actually see how to do it, I have a screen recording software, you don't need to join it but people are welcome

No, you can't really hide stuff with Google+. It's why we discourage sharing via certain social media sites, such as Google+ and Facebook, to name a few examples, because you end up sharing more personal information that way, which violates the Community Guidelines.
