Head of SSSF Full power. Can hire and ban. Heads word is law. @CaptainRatlex
Vice Head Same as head but can’t hire and no word is law. @MClovers
President Same as Vice Head but can’t fire OPEN
Vice President Same as President. Can call votes on suggestions.

Section 1: Shop Rights
1.1 From the moment a shop is admitted it is a full member of the SSSF and is entitled to all the rights of a shop.
1.2 Each shop is entitled to one representative.
1.2.1 Representatives are determined by the shop they represent.
1.2.2 Representatives are members and must be treated as such.
1.2.3 In the SSSF any actions of the representative are treated as actions of the shop as a whole.
1.2.4 The owner of the shop overrides the representative.
1.3 Each shop is entitled to the respect it deserves.
1.4 Each shop will be treated equally and will not be inferior to any other shop, no matter the size, services provided, or any other factor.
1.5 No shop may be permanently banned from the SSSF.
1.6 A shop may leave at any time, no matter the circumstances.
1.7 A shop may pass on orders it cannot complete through the SSSF.
1.8 A shop may take another shop's incomplete orders through the SSSF provided they have been rendered incompletable by that shop.
1.9 A shop may turn away an employee that has been recommended to it.
1.10 A Shop can expect not to have its reputation ruined by the SSSF nor by any of its members.
1.11 Shops may call into review any term, position or otherwise dictating condition of the SSSF
1.12 A shop that is a part of the SSSF is a member of the SSSF and has all the rights of a member.

Section 2: Shop Laws
2.1 From the moment a shop is admitted it must comply with all the terms.
2.2 Shops must respect all other Scratchers and treat them as a human being.
2.3 Shops must respect and obey the words of the Head, Vice-Head, President, Vice-President and moderators.
2.4 Shops must not act against the SSSU in order to ruin its reputation.
2.5 Shops must not act against fellow members in order to ruin their reputation.
2.6 Shops must remain courteous and respectful whilst on this thread.
2.7 Shops must include the keyword 2019 in their application.
2.8 Shops must remain active or risk losing their membership.
2.8.1 The shop representative or the shop owner must reply to activity checks on behalf of the shop.
2.8.1 Shops will get a demerit for not replying.
2.9 The SSSF is entitled to check the thread of the shop and to use any of its material in advertisements, posts etc.
2.10 If you do not accept these terms, do not apply. Any problems may be discussed with the SSSF to reach an agreement.

Section 3: Member Rights
3.1 From the moment a member is admitted they are a full member of the SSSF and are entitled to all the rights of a member.
3.2 Every member is entitled to be treated with respect.
3.3 Every member will be treated equally and will not be inferior to any other member.
3.4 No member may be permanently banned from the SSSF.
3.5 A member may leave at any time, no matter the circumstances.

4.8.3 All members of the Head Department will be treated as above.
4.8.4 If the Head of SSSF falls inactive then the Vice-Head will take over temporarily.
4.8.4.a If the Head of SSSF is proven to be incapable of leading the SSSF any longer, the Vice-Head will run an election in which people will vote for who shall be the new Head of SSSF.
4.8.4.b The Vice-Head and moderators will remain the same unless the new Head chooses to remove them.
4.8.4.c The President and Vice-President will remain the same.
4.8.5 If the President is inactive the Vice-President will temporarily take over the position.
4.8.5.a If the President is inactive for longer than a week then an election will be held for President and Vice-President.
4.9 If you do not accept these terms, do not apply. Any problems may be discussed with the SSSF to reach an agreement.

Section 6: Credit System
6.1 A system shall be in place where members will receive credits or demerits as a result of their action.
6.2 Every member is a part of the credit system.
6.3 At -5 credits a member is fired.
6.3 Demerits are the removal of credits.
6.3.1 Demerits may be given to members because of rule breaking.
6.3.2 Demerits may be given for inactivity.
6.4 Members of the Head Department may give demerits or credits.
6.5 Credits may be awarded for constant activity, or certain rewardable actions.

Section 7: Inactivity
7.1 All members must remain active and respond to activity checks.
7.2 Leave can be given for as long as the member likes.
7.2.1 Notice must be given for leave.
7.2.2 Whilst a member is on leave they will still be treated as a full member.
7.2.3 For long leave members may be replaced temporarily.

Section 8: Term Laws
8.1 Terms may change at any time no matter the circumstances and changes must be upheld.
8.1.1 The Head may change terms at any time with no notice.
8.2 Terms must be reasonable and fair.
8.2.1 Terms must not restrict the rights of any person in an unfair way.
8.2.2 Terms must be made to treat all people equally.
8.2.3 Terms must not be unnecessary or for other reasons other than to keep order.
8.3 Any member of the SSSF may raise a concern with any term.
8.4 Any member may submit a proposal for a new term or for the change of a term.
8.4.1 Proposals require the complete approval of the Head before being voted on by members.
8.4.2 Proposals require at least 50% agreement to be implemented
8.4.3 Passed proposals will take place immediately after being passed.
