What if I made a NES/SNES/N64/GC emulator?
Let's pretend that I'm 31 and have lots of money. And let's say I went to Nintendo America's office one day to talk to them about a game idea. An emulator for the Switch perhaps?
THE NES/SNES/N64/GC EMULATOR
Premise- Most of the NES, SNES, Nintendo 64 and Gamecube games are available. You can save up to 5 Load Points on each game. Each console gets it's own menu.
Freeing Data- Due to the high amount of games, the Switch might be a bit full when the game is on it. Don't worry, you can delete some games off the system to save space, and if you want to play them again, you can download them when the internet is up. (You will lose all the game's Load Points if you delete a game though.)
Updates- Each console will get 3 new games a month.
But if this exists…- The NES emulator will have to be removed from Nintendo Switch Online, to make things fair. This won't put a dent in Nintendo's budget though, since the game costs 30 dollars.
Is there any problems with this model, or do you have any ideas?
EDIT: Yes I'm aware that SNES games are coming to Nintendo Switch Online. Please don't reply that they might be coming and just imagine what THIS emulator would be like.

I'm pretty sure Nintendo is on their way to getting to the Gamecube with Switch Online though, since dataminers have found evidence of the SNES emulator that's also in the SNES Classic on the Switch, along with some text that points to about 20 SNES games

What about the emulator itself?

I don't know about Gamecube games at the current price point for Switch Online. I'm sure if they wanted to add Gamecube, it'd probably be required to get a premium subscription that costs moreI'm pretty sure Nintendo is on their way to getting to the Gamecube with Switch Online though, since dataminers have found evidence of the SNES emulator that's also in the SNES Classic on the Switch, along with some text that points to about 20 SNES gamesOkay but what if they didn't?

Or how about a lite edition that just has NES and SNES and costs only 30?

I actually tried emulating NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Gamecube and a couple of Nintendo handhelds as well, but I gave up when I got to SNES.that's downloading roms that you're thinking aboutemulatorhttps://pbs.twimg.com/media/DXypTikU8AA4BNG.jpg
Guess you can say I'm a humanized NSO (Except I respond to complaints and the only time you send me money is on my birthday.)

If I understand corectly there is a possible way to make one emulator for all of these consoles N64, SNES, NDS, GC, NES. One emulator will read all kinds of ROMs from a different console. Well, that will be amazing something similar like the RetroArch Emulator but much better.
